Sarah Tilt is a nonprofit and philanthropic professional with over 35 years' experience in nonprofit management, philanthropy & donor engagement, communications, and outreach. Sarah has held roles such as Executive Director, Philanthropy Director, and Program Director in various conservation organizations such as One Montana, Yellow Dog Community & Conservation Foundation, Trout Unlimited, The Nature Conservancy of Montana, Ecotrust, and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, among others. She has broad experience in fundraising and grantmaking, and thinking strategically about how non-profits can improve their productivity, technical capacity, and positioning in the conservation arena. Sarah helps organizations elevate to the next level of influence and is looking to make a positive impact on community and conservation.
Sarah is currently on the Board of the Yellow Dog Community & Conservation Foundation and was previously the Chair of the Board of Directors for The Tributary Fund and has served on numerous additional boards and committees. She lives in Bozeman, Montana and spends her spare time hiking, skiing, gardening, fishing, playing racket sports, and raising and training bird dogs.

Whitney has spent a career working in fisheries and wildlife conservation, private lands management, and addressing a wide range of challenges from Colorado River water allocations and black-footed ferret recovery to Asian tiger conservation and evaluation of federal fisheries programs. Whitney earned a Masters from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and began his introduction to the Greater Yellowstone Region ranching in the Tetons of Idaho. In addition to authoring the Flora of the Yellowstone, he is a founder of High Country Apps LLC, developing interactive field guides for smart phones and tablets, and principal at Conservation Benchmarks, LLC.
